Sonata in G
This easy, neoclassical sonata is like a sonatina in weight and character, but is longer and has four movements. The first two movements (Allegro, Lento) are lighter in technical difficulty, while the third and fourth (Minuet and Trio, Allegro) offer more challenges. Modified themes from the first two movements are brought back in the fourth movement to create a bookend or recapitulation effect. Suggested fingerings, tempos and dynamics are also provided in the score.
